The Qatar National Vision (QNV) 2030 commits to build a capable and motivated workforce. The QNV emphasizes the importance of quality training opportunities and programs for all Qataris in order to build a high performing knowledge society.
The QNV provides the foundation for the formulation of the National Development Strategy (NDS). The NDS will identify priorities and directions, and aims to serve the broader ambitions of the QNV 2030.
GSDP is providing support to ministries and government agencies in their individual strategy planning through Capacity Building Workshops. These workshops will help ministries and government agencies prepare and implement the National Development Strategy (NDS). The Capacity Building Workshops will be focused on Outcome Based Strategy Planning (OBSP).
